Tibetan Buddhas come in many different forms. Some Buddhas, such as Ganesh, are deities in both Buddhism and in Hinduism. While others are specific to Tibetan Buddhism. Some Buddhas are more important in specific sects of Buddhism, like Guru Rinpoche. Guan Yin is possibly more important in Chinese Buddhism than in Tibetan Buddhism. Some of our Buddha statues are made from gold, while others are made from turquoise resin, Tibetan silver, and bronze.
